A new gathering in Madrid brought together faith communities, cultural voices and social actors to mark the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The meeting included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and Denise González. Speakers offered different experiences and viewpoints on how education can strengthen coexistence.
Throughout the gathering, participants explored themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the news eua Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, emphasised that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
